Question: In Hold-Em Poker - A Player Exposes His Hand Before Completion of the Game - What Happens to His Hand?
Answer: In a real poker hall or casino, if you expose your hand before the completion of the hand then you forfeit your hand.

I don't think anything happens, besides all the other players having an advantage over you.

I think you chance to bet is ended for the duration of the hand. You're treated as all-in and can only win whats in the main pot, a side pot is created for everyone else left in the hand to bet in.
