We’ve have a reader question come in on the subject of poker hands. Let’s take a look:
Question: I was playing poker with my friends today (super omaha..hold em' with 4 cards instead of 2). I had 2 queens and some other crap in my hand, and there was a queen on the table. My friend bet $1, and the other two guys folded. I pondered for a minute, and then I showed him my two queens, just to scare him. He layed down his cards and said, "my full house was only 9 high. What was your pair?" I then said "I fold". I then layed down the rest of my cards, and he said you owe me a dollar. However, I never actually said "I call the dolalr" or anything like that at all, I had just tricked him which is what I had planned. However, niether him or my friends believed me, and claimed they remembered me saying that I called. However, I didn't, and they thought I was lieing, so I just paid. What could I have done? Their not my best friends, so they don't know me too well.
Yeah, it was only a dollar, but we're 14 so thats a buck!

I agree with umm
Just let it go and now you know not to play cards with them anymore. I don't know the game well enough to take sides.
Sorry!

Not have played the trick and hey it's just a dollar.
Another suggestion is but a penny. LOL
