What’s this week’s question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: this is for someone who has read all of the beginners books and is getting better quickly. playing online tourneys and definitely no longer a novice. looking for something to take him to the next level. thanks.
Answer: By far the best poker book is Super/System 2 by Doyle Brunson, this book also has a lot of contributors, Including Mike Caro, Daniel Negreanu, Jennifer Harman, Bobby Baldwin, Todd Brunson and Johnny Chan.

The only dvd's i have seen are the ones by Howard Lederer. Only the second one is of any use to an intermediate player. The first DVD is very basic and won't tell u anything u don't know already.

Good Luck!

dont waste money on books and dvds just play learn through experience but do know what beats what before you sit down at the table for your first year of play have FUN but also take all the comments to heart if a guy says it was stupid to play out a hand it probably was and as for internet poker throw it in the trash you will never get real good if you have someone going all in every other hand just cause they have some funked up pocket pair play real life at the table sucking the smoke and gurglin beer
