I vote for Full Tilt Poker. Hands down it's the most fun. I have about 8 different ones downloaded and full tilt is the one I like best.

BugsysClub is my favorite online pokerroom.
They have the best tournaments. Other pokerrooms only give you 1000-2000 chips, but most Bugsys Clubs tournies start out with 10,000 chips. It is a good training ground for the World Series of Poker and World Poker Tour tournies which give you a big stack of chips.
