Another poker question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:
Question: I am a conservative and I am curious as to how other conservatives feel about online poker. I, myself had enjoyed playing poker online. I just don’t see why the DOJ under a liberal President and AG decided to go after online poker. Was this just a money grab?
Answer: If you can’t tax it, kill it,that’s the government way.

On the gambling subject, it was hilarious watching Shepard Smith misread the word ”mouse” and say ”MOOSE" racing, instead.
Fox News reports that not only do moose live in Iowa, but several of them can fit comfortably inside a bar.

I played an occasional game of online poker back in college. I remember being mildly annoyed about hearing about attempts to get rid of it.
The thing is, the last time I was in school was in 2006. Can anyone tell me who was President in 2006?

I really don’t care how people lose their money. However, if the government cannot get their greedy hands into the cookie jar, they consider it in their best interest to stifle it.

The operators can’t tell if the gambler is an adult or if junior found his mommies credit card. I really don’t know much about online poker but I have lived two miles away from a new casino. The crime rate for petty theft went up almost 300% and eight new pawn shops were built within a year of it opening.

It depends on the conservatives. The "libertarian" faction believes that there’s nothing wrong with it. The rank-and-file conservatives are split, but I would say on the whole conservatives are OK with online poker.
