no, an ace can either be a 1 or a 14 (kings are 13’s) and 2 obviously doesn’t come after 14.

No.
A straight has to be consecutive ascending numbers, and the highest end point is an ace.
What you have, unless you have a flush in either of the hands you propose is essentially an ace high. Not worth a bet.

NO.
The highest card in Poker is the Ace and it would be the end of a straight, 10, J, Q, K, A.
The Ace can also be used low, as a one. A, 2, 3, 4, 5
The Ace is the only card in poker that can have two values.
Good Luck!

no in a casino,
yes in a home game (called wrap str8)
you can also have str8 like 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and A,3,5,7,9, (skip str8)
they are only used for fun and the rules should be clear at the start of the game to save on arguments.
you can also have 4 to a str8 and 4 to a flush. (caled a bob tail)
buy the book dealers choice saturday night poker so some crazy poker rules
the good thing about poker is it entirely flexible as long as all the players agree on the rules. be imaginative and have fun in your home game
