Answer: California Senate Bill 40 has been proposed with the intent of making online poker legal which would make it easy for players to deposit & withdraw funds right from their bank. Like you said the winnings would be taxed. And those who want to open their own online site can but only a few will be selected at first and required to pay a $50 million fee. The state feels many casinos that are already existing will sign on for this… In California many of the casinos are actually 18 and over so I’m not sure about the age part of your question!
