Question: So i use Ladbrokes poker i tried to log into the application this morning and an error message pops up saying:
Your account has been locked out of the system please contact support.
Nowi contacted support and they say it has nothing to do with them but the company ‘micro gaming’ who manage the application.
Anybody else experience this?
Answer: Phone them up again and tell them that it’s there name on the screen. And this is the contact details you have been giving. Also tell them at the start of the call that you are recording the conversation. Normaly this last one gets results or at least they have to act professional and not just fob you off.

This might be because you’re in a country which the casino blocks IPs from. Just contact them and I’m sure they will help you out.

I think it is best to contact the people who run the game.
