Then you will need some bobby pins, clips, small scrunchies, heat protectant (optional) and hairspray and mousse. (If your hair is not straight then I suggest you straighten it and maybe wet it a little…)

Rub some mousse (if you have.. it will make it easier to manage hair) into your wet hair, and then section off parts of your hair into 4 parts on the lower half of your head.
If you want your hair to look more together and neat, make them equally sized. If you want it to look natural and messy, make them different sizes. I would suggest the first part.
Separate them by clips. Put them all into ponytails. Taking one section, twist it all the way to the end and then wrap it around, creating a small bun. Tighten it with a scrunchie and if it’s still loose secure it with some bobby pins. Repeat for the other sections of the hair until you have four buns.

If it is nighttime and you want it for the next day, you should sleep with your hair like that with a bit of hairspray so it wont get ruined.
If you’re in a hurry, put some heat protectant in your hair before you make the buns and then apply some hairspry, then blow dry it until it is dry and you will have those curls!
