What’s this week’s question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: ok i know that in order to have a flush you MUST use 2 of your 4 cards along with 3 of the 5 community cards to get a flush example my hand 7JJA (2 clubs) and the community cards 5 Q 8 2 K (with 3 clubs) anyway if i have a jack of spades and the board has 10 K Q A of spades do i have a royal flush or just a sucks to be you hand please help thanks
Answer: your hand - Js 5h 4s 6c

board - As Ks Ts Qs 5c

you still have to use 2 cards in your hand and 3 cards on board. you have flush not royal. in order to have royal you would have to have the Qs,Ts,Ks or As to go along with the Js then have the other 3 appear on board.

You must use two cards no matter what. Your jack of spades is useless. The other scenario that messed people up is you have an Ace in your hand, AAA is on the board, and you think you have Quad Aces.

    No, you have Trip Aces.

    Always use two cards.
