A poker question that should definitely interest you all this week
Question: Im 18 and want to make money gambling online . I was wondering if this is illegal?…. i saw a list of the ages needed to gamble in a certein state and it said 21 for casinos and 18 for lottery .. But what about online gambling ? I don’t wanna possibly go to jail or something and screw up my life because i made some money off online poker and was under aged.

Answer: The legal age for gambling online IS 18+. This is a fed law, and very few states have state laws against online gambling (WA is the only one, where online gambling is not legal). So it goes by the fed law.

The gambling age for online poker is 18+, also you can play at certain sites that accept US players because most of them doesnt. You can find a list of them here http://www.gamblingsafe.net/usa-friendly-sites/usa-poker-sites.html
The age for lad casinos is 21+ because there are drinks, in online gambling its impossible to be served drinks, therefore the age is 18+
