Scratch tickets are already the WORST bet you can possibly make. It’s even worse when you don’t even know how to play them.

Playing scratch-offs is dumb. Playing scratch-offs when you don’t even understand the rules is dumb squared. However, if it’s any consolation, you won diddly-squat.
