Answer: If you play "High Stakes Poker" in the Blackwater hotel (Its not the one near the bar that costs $100 to play, its in a room in the hotel) It costs $250 to get in, and and play with 4-5 people. So you can make over $1000 a game, given that you win.
You need a special suit to get into the room though, or else its locked.
