Answer: I love Championship Poker…but I also know it’s a mind game and not physical.
As for Hot Dog eating contests, that’s gross and I know they "train" with massive amount of water to stretch their stomachs (eww) to capacity of abnormal proportions.

well scooter you can always look back on the good times with the yanks by watching their championship dvd:) that’s what i am gonna do and remember how we use to be, it seems like only a week ago we had a hot streak going and we were winning back to back series and we were in thick of things, but now despite what the standings and records say. we’re done and i’m heartbroken:(

I think you need to create something new. That way, the followers of teams like the Brewers and Twins whose seasons are also over have something entertaining.
Or, we could all get together and just do some arts and crafts. Make some apparel and pennants and whatnot for next season. We could be prepared! We have almost a year now because the season is over so soon!

1. That is silly. If the season ended today, the Yankees would be the wild card.
2. The Eastern Conference playoffs for the NHL feature the 7th and 8th teams. That is pretty compelling.
3. The NBA finals could well be the Celtics and Lakers. What could be more compelling?
4. College World series soon I think.
5. Hot dogs and poker are gross and boring, respectively.
