This week’s question is as follows:
Question: What is Your Favorite On-line Poker Site?
Answer: #1. Party Poker. The largest poker site with the greatest number of cash games. The software is pretty mediocre, but the quality of the games makes up for their shortcomings.
#2. Poker Stars. The second largest poker site with a player base that's more tournament-oriented, though they have many cash games as well. Home of WSOP champions Moneymaker and Raymer. Good software that's constantly improving. Good company, too.
#3. Full Tilt Poker. Fastest growing poker site with my favorite of all the software, but the lack of players in the cash games can be a drag. The tourneys are decent if you like playing against smaller fields, and of course, there's always the opportunity to play for small, medium, or big stakes against the biggest pros out there. FTP is also the only site I know that spreads Razz and holds HORSE tourneys.

Personally, I play on fulltiltpoker.com. I like the interface, tournament structure, and have had nothing but good experiences with their customer support (I seem to be in the minority there, though).
Even if you elect to not play at Full Tilt, you should open a free account to take advantage of the "Tips from the Pros" emails that will show up every few days in your inbox. They are poker gold.

My favorite online poker site would hands down be PokerStars; here's why.
1st there are 2 different kinds of online poker sites. Browser based sites such as PokerRoom.com and EmpirePoker.com (no longer running). These browser based sites use other sites as hosts. Browser based sites don't offer as much security and protection which is key when dealing with large amounts of money in cyberspace. A close friend of mine got taken for a lot of money by cyberspace identity theft.
Then there are other sites that are Host-Based which actually run their own poker engines and sites like PokerStars.com and PartyPoker.com.
These are known to be the most reliable. Pokerstars is a little faster than party poker, has a more diverse selection of table games, tourneys, and limits, and has a faster response with customer service. Party is bigger than stars but stars still has enough people to be diverse in its playing field (anywhere from 20,000 to 75,000 a day).
There are tons of other online poker sites (full tilt, paradisepoker, doylesroom, hollywoodpoker, and way too many more), but these are way to small and dont have enough of a diverse playing field to be profitable in the long run. They also don't have the protection of the bigger sites and most of them are browser based sites.
