This site is the best in my opinion because a lot of professional players play at the higher limits and you can watch and ask them questions.

There are tons….apart from what the others have posted…try partypoker.com.
My advice is to have fun playing poker not make money else you are in for a rude shock.

PartyPoker was fun - but I'm currently playing at http://www.hollywoodpoker.com. They've got a sweet deposit bonus right now… so definitely check em out.
There's a ton of good sites out there though, so it's just a matter of finding the one you feel comfortable at. Something else to consider is that if you've got friends who play, it's fun if you can all get together at the same site.
